2nd Annual Networking & ImmunoHackathon Pitch Event
On Nov 12, 2025 (during the midterm break) ImmunoE NSERC CREATE will host its 2nd Annual Industry Networking Event for trainees, academics, and industry partners.
All trainees interested in immunoengineering and immunotherapeutics are welcome!

The deadline of Nov 7 has passed for General Registration and Speed Networking Sign up. There will be limited spots for on-site registration. Please feel free to come by!
All trainees are encouraged to participate in the Speed Networking session for an opportunity to chat with mentors in small groups. We have a wonderful group of mentors from local biotech companies and entrepreneurial groups - AbCellera, Amgen, Acuitas, NanoVation, Miltenyi, StemCell, Zymeworks and Creative Destruction Lab - as well as from UBC faculty!

ImmunoBC 2025 Symposium
We are delighted to co-host ImmunoBC's 12th annual province-wide symposium ImmunoBC 2025: From Molecular Mechanisms to Therapeutic Strategies which will showcase BC's cutting-edge science and feature this year's Keynote Speaker, Dr. Kazuyo Moro, Professor, Osaka University, with her talk titled "Type 2 Immunity: A Double-Edged Sword in Health and Disease".

You are invited to join us at the 2024 ImmunoEngineering Launch & Career Networking Event!
The event is open to ALL trainees and researchers (upper-year undergrads, graduate students, post-docs, alumni, research assistants/technicians, PIs, etc.) that want to learn about career opportunities in immmunoengineering and about UBC's new ImmunoE NSERC CREATE program.
There will be an opportunity for trainees, immunologists, bioengineers, entrepreneurs, and members of the local biotechnology industry to network while enjoying complimentary appetizers and drinks.

We’re thrilled to invite you to our welcome (-back) social on Friday, September 13th, 2024, from 2-5 pm at Room 351/352, Biomedical Research Centre (BRC), UBC! New trainees interested in joining ImmunoT are welcome!
This is a great chance to connect with fellow trainees, share ideas, and have some fun as we kick off the new year. We’ll have icebreaker games, an intro to ImmunoT for new members, updates on upcoming events, and of course, snacks and drinks.

Day of Immunology
We have some complimentary tickets for people from equity-deserving populations, people with immune diseases, and people with an interest in learning about the immune system and immunotherapy.
